Jane, from the UK, is getting ready to do her first webinar and wants to know how to to ensure that it flows smoothly?

I explain that you should always make sure you are on time and test all of the components. Use your Key Note slides as a prompt for your discussion – not a teleprompter to read from. Be open and relaxed with your audience so that they can get to know you. Always offer value.  Always end your webinar with a call to action.

I point out that preparation is key, but the best way to ensure success is to just Do It. And then Do It again. And Again. You will soon become very comfortable with presenting and selling.
