Episode 176: “We know you use metrics to track sales, but how do you track affiliate and customer satisfaction?”

Today’s question comes from Alwyn & Carol Monteiro from Canada, who want to know how I measure affiliate and customer satisfaction on a regular basis.

I explain that because I talk a lot about how I use metrics to track revenue, people think that I don’t pay attention to customer and/or affiliate satisfaction. I assure you that is not true. I talk about our very active customer support system; as well as the many other survey and feedback systems we have in place. I discuss how I regularly monitor our Facebook groups which include tens of thousands of our affiliates. I share how I use that information to implement changes when necessary.
