Episode 208: “Do you have plans to implement a support system where we can call a phone number and speak to a live person?”

Today’s episode was recorded during our 2nd Diamond Mastermind of 2015, in Cancun Mexico.  The question comes from Diamond member Susan Beesley from the UK. Susan wants to know if we have any plans to implement a support system whereby affiliates can call a phone number and speak to a live person?

I discuss our current support system – a system that has been in place for several years.

I explain a new system that we are adding that includes country-specific phone numbers whereby a  person in the UK can call a UK number and person in the US can call a US number, etc. – and for all calls, a support team member will answer that phone call from our call center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We are hoping to have that system in place in the very near future.
