Episode 274: “I’ve gotten lots of opt-ins, but not many conversions. What am I doing wrong?”

Today’s episode was recorded in Sydney, Australia during the VIP luncheon at MOBE’s first Supercharge Summit of 2016. The Supercharge Summit is an exclusive event for MOBE affiliates held in various locations throughout the world.

MOBE License Rights Member Madge says that he has built a his own lead capture page and collected a good number of opt-in leads, but has had very few conversions and he would like to know how he can improve his results.

I analyze what Madge is doing with his list by asking questions about how often he emails his list, if he wrote his own emails or if he used MOBE’s Done For You Emails. I also ask what kind of lead magnet he used in his lead capture page so that I can identify what enticed his leads to opt-in.

Next, I offer suggestions to personalize his communication with his subscribers and also ways he can encourage the subscriber to take action immediately in order to transition the subscriber into a customer. I encourage multiple mediums to add to his emails and additional advanced actions that will offer more valuable content to the subscriber.
