Episode 288: “What happens if the phone team is unable to reach a new 21 step prospect?”

Today’s episode was recorded in the MOBE Film Studio in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with one of our Diamond Mastermind partners, Marylyn Poynter from the United Kingdom.  Marylyn  wants to know what happens to 21 step customers who do not respond to the MOBE phone team’s attempt to reach them and she also wants to know if it’s ok for an affiliate to try to reach out to those prospects as well.

I explain the policy that our phone team follows for all 21 step leads and expand on the other channels the MOBE team uses to market to all leads.

I talk about the proper way for an affiliate to reach out to 21 step customer that will not interfere with the phone team’s coaching  process.

I discuss the reasons why we want affiliates to let the coaching process happen normally before they make a connection to any 21 step leads.
