Episode 366: “How much should I invest in my marketing and then how much should I reinvest as I make sales?”

Today’s episode was recorded on the beach in Jamaica at the Diamond Mastermind  with Diamond member Clarice Mims who lives in New York in the United States.  Clarice wants to know how much she should initially invest in her advertising; and then as she begins to make sales, how much of those proceeds should she roll back into her marketing.

I talk about the time it takes to get a positive return on your investment and share an experience I had with an event that took longer than I expected to show a profit  – but how that ROI was far greater than I expected and brought me several great new affiliates.

I discuss the importance of being patient; especially when you are just getting your business started.

I explain that if you are diligent and consistent with your marketing and your followup that even when you make mistakes, you will learn from those mistakes and find the best and most successful way to build your business going forward.
