Episode 392: “What should I do when I have a customer who unsubscribes from my list?”

Today’s episode was recorded on my hotel balcony at the Platinum Mastermind  in the Canary Islands with Diamond member Chan Nguyen Vong who lives in Singapore.  Chan wants to know how to engage with a customer who has unsubscribed from your list.

I explain that while it’s important to consistently reach out to the subscribers on your list, you want to make sure that your contact is not overwhelming in a way that pushes that subscriber away.

I discuss appropriate contact with a customer who has purchased from you – such that you make contact to let them know you are an available resource if they need one; without interfering with the normal coaching process.

I talk about how once your subscriber becomes your customer,  they are tagged to you for life; and if they unsubscribe to your list – it’s okay.  You still have other ways of offering them value.
