    (And also David) I can affirm the wisdom of your definition after 42 years of creating my own paycheck. It just drives me nuts when clients think marketing will do selling’s job and vice versa–because they have no or little education of same!

    Now, as the guy who popularized business coaching and had the first National Association of Business Coaches (now the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches–I sold NABC in 2002), if we can just get both clients AND advice marketers to know and LIVE the difference between business consulting and business coaching, the business world will take a huge step forward.
