Episode 488: “When you talk about money from the stage, why do you always talk in terms of the US Dollar?”

Today’s episode was recorded on the beach in front of the new MOBE Resort during the Diamond Mastermind in Costa Rica with Diamond member Bennie McDonald, who lives in Georgia in the USA. Bennie wants to know if I always refer to money in terms of US Dollars instead of other currencies and, if so, why?

I explain that when I first started to build my business, I based everything on my native currency in Australian dollars; however after my business began to grow, I realized how big the US market was and so I began to tailor my offers to that audience.

I discuss how we sometimes convert our prices at certain events to match the currency of the location of the venue and for the ease of the audience in understanding the value amounts.
