Today’s episode was recorded on a boat during activity day at the Diamond Mastermind in Costa Rica at the new MOBE Resort, Sunset Del Mar, with Diamond member Guy Diffenbaugh, who lives in Florida, in the USA. Guy wants to know the best way to motivate and encourage his more hesitant leads to ‘get off the fence’.

I talk about the general makeup for an average business owner’s leads which includes leads who are ready to buy right away, leads who are diligent in their research but happy to act upon an irresistible offer, and leads who will be very hesitant to take action.

I suggest ways that you can create a sense of urgency by offering time sensitive bonuses for leads who take immediate action.

I discuss the importance of giving your leads a good reason to take action so that they can relate to what you are presenting.
