Episode 554: “Can you identify a few key things that will create the biggest impact in our business?”

Today’s episode was recorded on a boat during activity day at the Diamond Mastermind in Costa Rica at the new MOBE Resort, Sunset Del Mar, with Head Diamond trainer Norbert Orlewicz, who lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Norbert wants to know if I can identify a few key activities that can create the biggest impact or growth in your marketing.

I explain that it took me a couple of years to accept the fact that if I wanted to be successful, I had to focus a majority of my time on sales and marketing – or else I would never have any customers to infuse my business with cash.

I share that I spent too much time in learning acquisition mode instead of concentrating on making sure that I had customers to sell to.

I discuss the importance of building the value of what you want to sell, presenting what you are going to sell and then having a strong call to action for your audience to then buy.
