Episode 643: “What is the average cost you are willing to pay for a lead these days?”

Today’s episode was recorded in my hotel during a recent stay in Singapore. Recently, I made a request on Facebook for people to send in questions for me to answer about your business. I received some good ones and I have recorded some of those for you. Today’s question is about the cost of leads and the listener wants to know what is the average cost I am currently willing to pay for a lead.

I talk about the quality of leads and how that figures into the price I would be willing to pay; whereby some leads are much more valuable than others.

I discuss the Instagram ads that my team and I have recently begun to experiment with and how we are learning more and more as we go. Additionally, I talk about other mediums that I use for lead sources and the different benefits we get from various methods of advertising.

I explain what a buyer leads is and why those leads are very high quality leads that I am happy to top dollar for because those leads are already engaged in the process and the lifetime customer value for those leads is much higher than a lead who simply clicked on an ad.
