Episode 647: “How are you planning out your 2018 Revenue Targets?”

Today’s episode was recorded in my hotel during a recent stay in Singapore. Recently, I made a request on Facebook for people to send in questions for me to answer about your business. I received some good ones and I have recorded some of those for you. For today’s question, Gary wants to know how I am planning out my revenue targets for 2018.

I talk about how I have mapped out my target goals in previous years; whereby I determined what revenue goals I wanted to reach and then broke down those numbers by month, by week, and by day so that I have a clear picture of where I need to be.

I discuss how this year, I have made a change to focus on 90 day cycles of time instead of the full year so that I can easily adjust for any unexpected surprises that may come along.

I explain the importance of understanding what it takes to reach the revenue goals I have set, by knowing what leads I need to acquire into my business during each of these time intervals; as well as, identifying the different sources from which the leads will come.
